Hull Fair Senses

This week in literacy we are using our senses to create poetry all about Hull Fair!

Yesterday, we tasted different yummy Hull Fair food and used adjectives to describe them.

Making Candy Floss

Yesterday it was No Pens Day Wednesday and we decided to have an active lesson making candy floss, just like at Hull Fair!

Fairground Maths

Today we had great fun in maths working out how many people went on a ride or stall during the fair time. We had to choose a slip out of the envelope that told us how many people went to that ride and then add up the running total.
